1 C.M.P.Nos.18685, 18689 & 18695 of 2026 in S.A.No. 11 of 2018 V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J. i) C.M.P.No. 18685 of 2026 has been filed to condone the delay of 267 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant namely Jinnah in the above Second Appeal. ii) C.M.P.No. 18689 of 2026 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant namely Jinnah in the above Second Appeal. iii) C.M.P.No.18695 of 2026 has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 5 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant namely Jinnah in the above Second Appeal and rank them as appellants 2 to 5. 2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these three petitions are allowed. 3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.
