The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of HMOP No.86 of 2025 from the file of Subordinate Court, Poonamallee to the Principal Family Court at Chennai. Learned counsel for the respondent/husband while specifically denying the allegations that have been made against the respondent, would however, state, on instructions, that the respondent has no serious objection for the proceedings being transferred to Principal Family Court at Chennai. 4. In the light of the above, Tr.C.M.P.No.422 of 2026 is allowed. The proceedings in HMOP No.86 of 2025 is withdrawn from the file of Subordinate Court, Poonamallee and the same is transferred to Principal Family Court at Chennai. The Principal Family Court, Chennai, at its discretion shall take up HMOP No.86 of 2025 or assign it to any of the Additional Family Courts, subject to the pendency of cases and work load of Family Courts here at Chennai.
