The petitioner is holding bank account with the third respondent bearing Bank Account No.50200072516298. 2. While being so, on the complaint of the fourth respondent, the second respondent had conducted enquiry. During enquiry, it was found that some amounts were deposited in the petitioner’s account as training fees to the tune of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP Crl. No. 1724 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 Rs.1,08,000/-. Subsequently, the petitioner has failed to provide any training. During enquiry, on instructions by the second respondent, the third respondent has freezed the petitioner’s account and as if, the petitioner did not able to operate his account. 3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that even according to the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent, a sum of Rs.1,08,000/- was deposited in the petitioner’s bank account and as if during the enquiry, the second respondent requested the third respondent to debit freeze the petitioner’s account. 4. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to mark lien over the petitioner’s account to the tune of Rs.1,08,000/- and permit the petitioner to operate his account for the remaining amount. 5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition(Criminal) is disposed of. No costs.
