Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has preferred the instant application for quashing of the impugned proceeding being Complaint Case No. 267 of 2025 presently pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate 4th Court, Alipore. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and, as such, if the proceeding is quashed, he does not have any objection. Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the opposite party and also considering the submissions made on behalf of the complainant, the instant proceeding being Complaint Case No. 267 of 2025, presently pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate 4th Court, Alipore is hereby quashed. 2 The instant application being CRR 1131 of 2025 and the connected application being CRAN No. 1 of 2025 are thus disposed of.
