The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that nothing has been done in this case to properly investigate the matte, inspite of the earlier orders of the Trial Court observing with relating to proceeds of crime etc., 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl side) would submit that investigation is almost completed and they are going to lay charge on the accused and the charge sheet will be filed within 5 working days. 4.
