(Passed U/S 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002) to the petitioner, as contemplated under Section 14(1A) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 within a period as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that the authorities will comply with the order dated 08.04.2026 expeditiously. 3.
