MARIA CLETE, J This application has been filed to permit the applicant/petitioner to substitute the following documents filed in O.P.No.67 of 2025 namely, sale deed in favour of petitioner’s grandmother dated 11.12.1940 – xerox, legalheirship certificate of Mangaiarkarasi Ammal dated 08.10.1997 – certified copy, Death certificate of A.S.Kesavan dated 23.10.1999 – original and legalheir ship certificate of A.S.Kesavan dated 05.09.2001 – certified copy. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant who has shown the original sale deed in favour of petitioner’s grandmother dated 11.12.1940 to the Court and undertakes to produce the same before the learned Master for verification.
