Sandeep Sharma, Judge (Oral) Precisely, the grievance of the petitioner, as has been highlighted in the petition and further canvassed by learned counsel for the petitioner is that though respondent No.3 had remanded the case back to respondent No.5, vide order dated 9.12.2025, but till date, no action has been taken upon the same by respondent No.5. 2. While, putting in appearance on behalf of respondents Nos.1 to 5, Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General states that the direction has been issued to respondent No.3 on 9.12.2025, as such, it cannot be said no action is being taken, because in conducting enquiry, some time is likely to be consumed. 3. Though, having taken note of the fact order dated 9.12.2025, Director, Health Services, Himachal Pradesh (respondent No.2), this court is not persuaded to agree with learned counsel for the petitioner that there is intentional delay on the part of respondent No.5 in deciding 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- the complaint of the petitioner but yet, having regard to the nature of allegations, this Court, deems it fit to dispose of present petition, with a direction to respondent No.5 to ensure that consequential action in terms of order dated 9.12.2025 (Annexure P-9) is taken expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from today. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing the needful in terms of this order, shall afford opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other stake holders. Ordered accordingly.
