Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 08.06.2026 to conduct an official survey on the aforesaid plot No.20 in survey No.507 and connected survey numbers falling within at Nanjundapuram Panchayat, Periyanayakkanpalayam, Coimbatore district, to demarcate the true boundaries, prepare a mahazar with police protection to prevent any untoward incidents. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 08.06.2026 will be considered within a period of six weeks. 4. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2026 and carry out a survey and complete the process, after giving prior notice to the petitioner as well as sixth respondent and other aggrieved parties, if any, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. It is made clear that this order is passed only for the purpose of issuing a direction to the official respondent to conduct a survey and lay boundary stones at the subject land. In the event any dispute arises regarding the possession of the subject property, the same has to be decided by way of filing a suit before the competent Civil Court. 7. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
