For Petitioner(s): Mr. R.Sivaraman https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 4095 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 4 ORDER This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking speedy disposal of E.P.No.157 of 2023 in OS.No.133 of 2012 pending on the file of District Judge- II, Poonamallee, within a time frame fixed by this court. 2. Heard the leaned counsel for the petitioner and I have perused the materials on record. 3. The petitioner herein is the decree holder in E.P.No.157 of 2023, which has been filed to execute the decree passed in O.S.No.133 of 2012, which is the suit for specific performance. Though I find that the petitioner has also contributed for the delay by taking out an application for condonation of delay, which has been allowed only in July 2026, considering that the Hon’ble Supreme Court has issued specific directions to all the executing court to dispose of pending execution proceedings, within a period of 6 months and also considering the limited relief sought for and that no prejudice would be caused to the respondent by issuing suitable directions, I am inclined to dispose of this civil revision petition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 4095 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 4. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is disposed of by directing the II Additional District Judge, Poonammallee to pass final orders in E.P.No.157 of 2023 in O.S.No.133 of 2012 on or before 30.11.2026.
