Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an online application dated 05.06.2026 to conduct survey and fence the land situated in S.Nos.150/2 and 150/3A to an extent of 4 Acres 9 in Appinayakkankottai village, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri district along with police protection. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 and submitted that the petitioner’s application dated 05.06.2026 will be considered within a period of six weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 27259 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 05.06.2026 and carry out a survey and complete the process, after giving prior notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved parties, if any, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Regarding the fencing of the subject property, it is a private matter between the petitioner and the private parties. If the private parties have no objection to the erection of the fence, the petitioner may proceed to fence the subject property. However, if any dispute arise, he may approach the Civil Court for resolution. 6. It is made clear that this order is passed only for the purpose of issuing a direction to the official respondent to conduct a survey and lay boundary stones at the subject land. In the event any dispute arises regarding the possession of the subject property, the same has to be decided by way of filing a suit before the competent Civil Court. 7. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
