It is seen that the petitioner is holding bank account with the third respondent. On the request made by the second respondent on the allegation that a sum of Rs.30,000/- has been transferred to the petitioner’s account as second layer account, the third respondent has frozen the petitioner’s account and the petitioner is not permitted to operate the said account. 3. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to mark lien over the petitioner’s account No.915010042309062 to the tune of Rs.30,000/- and to permit the petitioner to operate his account for the remaining amount. As such, this writ petition is disposed of.
