Learned senior counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that since the case has already been registered by the Consolidation Officer, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar, the relief No.1 does not survive any further and in so far as the relief no.2 is concerned, the learned senior counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition, if need arises in future.
