order of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, as provided under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and, therefore, he does not wish to press the instant writ petition any further.
4. In view of the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. The dismissal of writ petition as not pressed would be without prejudice to the pleas and contentions in the pending appeal.
5. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
