At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently he has not mentioned the type of writ which he has prayed for in a prayer clause. He seeks permission to amend the prayer clause and states that he will voluntarily deposit cost of Rs.2000/-. Permission is granted. 3. Amendment be carried out forthwith. 4. At this stage, learned AGP submits that he has instructions that the appeal which is subject matter of this petition will be decided within a period of three months from today. 5.
