Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR No.35 of 2026 under Section 109, 117(2), 191(2), 351(2) & 352 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, P.S. Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that no specific role has been assigned to the present applicant; he has no criminal history. He further submits that co-accused persons Vikas and Parvinder Koli @ Pamma have been enlarged on bail by this Court on 08.05.2026 in similar offence and on the ground of parity applicant is also entitled to be released on bail. 5. Learned State Counsel has opposed the bail. 6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that applicant is entitled to be released on bail. 7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Suraj be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. 8.
