The petitioner is the husband and the respondent is his wife. The petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.283 of 2025 on the file of Principal Family Court, Coimbatore seeking dissolution of his marriage with the respondent. According to the petitioner, the respondent is dragging on the proceedings and till date, counter has also not been filed in the aforesaid HMOP. 4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the aforesaid HMOP, after providing one opportunity for the respondent to file the counter, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
