No. 1 of 2026 in R.L.T.O.P. No. 2 of 2025. 2. In the aforesaid order, the respondent, who is the tenant, has been given the right to cross-examine the petitioner, who claims to be the landlord. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if a direction is issued to the Rent Court/Principal District Munsif, Mayiladuthurai, to dispose of R.L.T.O.P. No. 2 of 2025 within a time frame to be fixed by the Court, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner to raise all objections during the cross-examination of the respondent or at the time of arguments in R.L.T.O.P. No. 2 of 2025. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if such a direction is issued by this Court. 4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of without interfering with the impugned order, but however directing the Rent Court/Principal District Munsif Court, Mayiladuthurai, to dispose of R.L.T.O.P.
