JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 10/04/2026 1. The instant second bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-applicant. The accused- applicant was arrested in connection with FIR No. 197/2025 registered at Police Station Vaishali Nagar District Jaipur for the offence(s) under Sections 318(2), 316(2), 61(2) of BNS, 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is 37 years of age, and that charge-sheet has been filed. It is submitted that there are no criminal antecedents registered against the applicant and that the matter is triable by Magistrate. It is submitted that no recovery is made qua the applicant, and the applicant was asked for submitting a bank guarantee. [2026:RJ-JP:15025] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-16698/2025] 3. Learned counsel for the complainant has submitted that by the applicant senior citizens were duped and amount of approximately 3 crores has been looted by initiating fraud recovery, and under garb of fraudulent investment, under fake names. 4. Having heard the contentions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, and taking note of the fact that it is alleged that a number of senior citizens were duped by the applicant; that the amount in question is approximately Rs. 3 Cr., but without commenting upon the merits/demerits of the case, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the accused-applicant on bail. 5.
