The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Tarhasi P.S Case No. 103 of 2025 registered under Sections 317(5) of B.N.S, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Palamu. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents as disclosed in Para 10 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that this is a case of theft. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents as disclosed in Para 10 of the petition, In view thereof, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and condition or sureties, the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
