She does not complain about the quality and clarity of the audio and video. 2. This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 4. Learned Spl. PP opposes the prayer for bail. 5. There is allegation against the petitioner that he has invested Rs. 3 lacs in two instalment with M/s Maxizone Touch Private Limited on the assurance that he will get return @ 15% per month. Further grievance is that neither the principle amount was paid nor the interest @ 15%. The company has misappropriated the entire money and closed the business. He further states that not only this informant but others are also in loss. 2026:JHHC:5197 2 6. It is admitted case of all the sides that this petitioner is only the Branch Manager of Jamshedpur Branch thus, he is an employee of the company. He acted as per the dictate of the Directors, who can be said to the main mastermind of the companies. Since the petitioner is merely an employee of the company and now he is out of service and he is in custody since 17.09.2025 and chargesheet has already been submitted against the petitioner, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur in connection with Sakchi PS Case No. 236 of 2023 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his own name within the State of Jharkhand. With further condition that the petitioner will appear once in a month before the Court concerned. 8. Accordingly, this bail application is allowed.
