Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 12.07.2024, peremptory order was passed in writ petition to remove the defect(s) pointed out by the Registry, however, due to bona fide oversight, the necessary compliance could not be made and due to non-compliance, consequential order dated 23.10.2024 has been passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are keen to pursue their writ petition on merits and

learned counsel also undertakes to remove the defect(s) within a period of 7 days.
3. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.
