It is seen that already there is a civil dispute between the petitioners and counter parties. That apart, the representation of the petitioners was already enquired in CSR No.2602 of 2025 and the same was closed on 17.12.2025 on the reason of the civil dispute in respect of property measuring 6 Acres in S.Nos. 741 and 742/2B situated at Kadagathur Village, Dharmapuri Taluk and District. Therefore, police protection cannot be granted for fencing the said property. As such, the petitioner ought to have approached civil court for appropriate relief. 3. With the above observations, this writ petition is dismissed.
