By submitting as above, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has placed before this Court, a copy of the said order. 3. Since, the order against which the present contempt petition is filed, is a subject matter of the writ appeal and the Division Bench of this Court having granted stay, this Court is of the view that by keeping the contempt proceedings pending, no useful purpose would be served. 4. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
