The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of the co-accused. Though some stolen articles were recovered from the petitioner but regard being had to the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2025, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JMFC, Ranchi in connection with Ranchi Sadar PS Case No. 544 of 2025.
