ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- “Directing the 3rd respondent to consider my representation dated 06.06.2026, furnish copies of all the documents referred to in Annexure-III to the memorandum in Roc.No.10492/2020/MC2 dated 26.05.2026, grant reasonable time thereafter for submission of my detailed explanation and consequently forbear the respondents from proceeding further with the disciplinary proceedings including any ex parte enquiry , until such exercise is completed and thereafter conduct the proceedings strictly in accordance with law and the principles of natural justice. 2. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to furnish copies of all the documents referred to in Annexure-III to the Memorandum dated 26.05.2026 to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the enquiry shall not proceed until the said documents are furnished to the petitioner and he is granted a period of three weeks thereafter to submit his explanation.
