The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 3. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph No.9(c) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.14494 of 2026 dated 17.06.2026 is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall report and sign before the respondent police twice, on every alternate day at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders”. The other conditions shall remain unaltered. 4.
