It is seen that the petitioner is holding bank accounts with the third and fourth respondents. In pursuant to registration of FIR in crime No.103 of 2025, the second respondent requested the third and fourth respondents to freeze the petitioner’s accounts. According to the petitioner, the third and fourth respondents froze the petitioner’s accounts. 3. In view of the above, the fourth respondent is directed to mark lien over the petitioner’s bank Account No.100004373771 to the tune of Rs.1,00,000/- and to permit the petitioner to operate the account for the remaining amount. 5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
