Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3. On instruction, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for respondents 1, 5 to 7 and also on https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Crl.No.194 of 2026 behalf of the Inspector of Police, Mandapam Police Station, Thuraimugam Circle, Rameswaram submitted that the petitioner is a UK citizen and he was granted visa to visit all the countries except Srilanka. Now the petitioner seeks permission to deport him to Srilanka. 4. However, the petitioner is being a UK citizen, there is a restriction visa not to visit Srilanka. Therefore, the direction sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered by respondents 1 to 6. As such, this writ petition is dismissed.
