The petitioner, who is the plaintiff in the suit O.S. No. 8 of 2025 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Thiruvottiyur, seeks for early disposal of the said suit. The said suit has been filed for ejectment to eject the respondent from the schedule premises. 3. As seen from the Civil Revision Petition, pleadings have been completed and issues have also been framed by the trial Court. 4. According to the petitioner, several adjournments were granted earlier by the trial Court and therefore, a direction is required from this Court for the early disposal of the suit. 5. After giving due consideration to the year of the suit as well as the nature of the suit, this Court directs the Sub Court, Thiruvottiyur, to dispose of the suit O.S.
