Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent. 3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed a representation dated 14.03.2022 before the 1st respondent, requesting them to issue patta, pertaining to the subject property. In reply, the learned counsel for the official respondent would submit that the petitioner’s representation will be disposed of within a period of 6 weeks and hence, she requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 7. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation filed by the petitioner dated 14.03.2022 and after issuing notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While disposing of the aforesaid representation, the respondent shall take into consideration of all the documentary evidences produced by the petitioner. 8. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
