JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 18/03/2026 [2026:RJ-JP:11647] (2 of 2) [WMAP-29/2026] Relying upon the order dated 23.09.2025 passed by this Court, the present application has been moved for revival of the writ petition. It is submitted that despite the undertaking given by the concerned Tehsildar that encroachments in question is removed, the said encroachments were never completely removed by the concerned authorities from the land in question. The reliance in this regard has been placed upon the certificates dated 23.09.2025 made by the Sarpanchs regarding the non-removal of the said encroachment. Learned counsel for the respondent-State Mr. Gathala, learned AGC has submitted that the said certificates upon which reliance has been by the applicants are of the same date on which the said order was passed by this Court. It is further submitted that the encroachments were removed thereafter. In light of the facts and circumstances of the present case, liberty is granted to the applicants to file a representation before the competent authority and the same shall be disposed by the competent authority within a period of 30 days of filing such representation, strictly in accordance with law. If grievances of the applicants still remain unsolved, the applicants will be at liberty to take appropriate remedy available with them, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the instant Writ Misc.
