This Criminal Original Petition seeks to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.566 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpet, for alleged offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351(3) of B.N.S. on the ground of compromise between the parties. 2. It can be seen that this matter is listed now on the 7th occasion. Today also, the learned counsel for petitioner seeks time for appearance of parties. Even whenever the parties entered into compromise irrespective of disposal of this Criminal Original Petition, a fresh Criminal Original Petition will be entertained and keeping open the liberty of the petitioner to move a fresh Criminal Original Petition. If the parties are willing to be present and they are entering into compromise, this petition cannot be adjourned repeatedly.
