No. 1685 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 4 ORDER The Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to produce the vehicle as per the order passed in C.M.P.No.109 of 2026 by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram and to release the vehicle bearing registration No.TN.23 BV 1635, Chasis No.MAT445056BVF50743 to the petitioner for an interim custody based on his representation dated 03.06.2026. 2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to comply with the order passed in C.M.P. No. 109 of 2026 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the 2nd respondent is at liberty to confiscate the vehicle; if it is not handed over, the 2nd respondent shall produce the same before the trial Court. 3.
