It appears that there is boundary dispute between the parties and the third respondent in respect of the subject property. 3. Considering the overall facts of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant police protection for construction of house, since the adequate police protection is granted only to the “ Life and Limb” of a person. That apart, there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent with regard to subject property. Hence, the petitioner ought to have approached the Civil Court for appropriate relief for construction of house.
