The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that when the case is registered as against an offence under Section 307 of IPC, there is not even a bodily injury, the entire case is inherently improbable and this Court should interfere in the matter. Secondly, he submits that the case is also pending for the past 10 years. 3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation is almost complete and if short time is given, the final report will be filed. 4. In view thereof, since factual allegations are raised, keeping open the liberty of the petitioner to agitate against the final report and directing the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
