Nayak, the learned Additional Advocate General who is also the Standing counsel of the GMC appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. I have also heard Mr. I. A. Hazarika, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No.3. 2. The case of the Petitioner herein is that directions should be issued to the GMC Authorities to demolish the unauthorized constructions in a minimum time bound programme. 3. It is an admitted fact at the bar that the illegal constructions which were made on the ground floor, third floor as well as on Page No.# 3/3 the fourth floor of the building have in the meantime been demolished. 4.
