Mr.N.Santhosh Nagarajan, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondent. 3. An order of attachment had been made under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and thereafter, an Award had been passed. 4. It is the case of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant that the entire due amount had been paid in view of the settlement that has been arrived at between the parties and requested this Court to raise the order of attachment passed by this Court in A.No.8866 of 2019 dated 28.08.2020. 5. The learned counsel for the respondent would acknowledge the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and would further submit that he has no objection for raising the order of attachment passed under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Arb Appln No. 1447 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 6. Recording the same, this Arbitration Application stands ordered as prayed for and the order of attachment dated 28.08.2020 is reversed.
