When this Court has already enlarged the petitioners on bail in Crl.O.P.No.17807 of 2026 dated 13.07.2026, and when the crime number and other materials are matches to the records available before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham, Vellore District, the conduct of the learned Judicial Magistrate in not accepting the sureties on the ground of typographical error, in respect of remand date, is highly condemnable. However, since this is the first instance, this Court refrains from passing any adverse order against the learned Judicial Magistrate. 3. Since the petitioners have filed the present petition seeking to amend the remand date of the petitioners, the said petition is ordered as prayed for. 4.
