Heard Mr.D.Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant. 3. The order of attachment has been passed by this Court on 11.06.2019. Thereafter, the lis between the parties had got settled. This is a categorical averment made in the affidavit filed in support of the application and therefore, the applicant at whose instance, the order of attachment was passed, had now filed the present application to raise the order of attachment. 4. In view of the said settlement, this Court finds no impediment in ordering this application as prayed for and the order of attachment made on 11.06.2019 stands raised. 5. In fine, this application stands ordered.
