Heard Mr.S.Dhakshnamoorthy, learned counsel for the applicant. 3. On 20.07.2026, having noticed that there is no representation on behalf of the respondent in spite of respondent having entered appearance, this Court directed the matter to be listed today immediately after admission. 4. Today, when the application was taken up, again there is no representation on the side of the respondent. 5. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application and having been satisfied with the same, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause had been shown to condone the delay. Accordingly, the delay of 28 days stands condoned.
