The case of the prosecution is that on 12.06.2026 at about 5.00 am., the respondent police intercepted a motorcycle carrying liquor bottles and apprehended A1. Subsequently, based on confession of A1, the petitioner has been arrayed as A2. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case and that he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the Petitioners. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the Respondent Police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner/A2 along with A1 involved in illegal transportation of liquor. She also submits that 41 previous cases were pending against this petitioner. Hence, she strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5. From the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), it is seen that the petitioner has got 41 previous cases. In view of the same, if the petitioner is enlarged on anticipatory bail, he may be emboldened to indulge in similar offences in future without fear of law.
