ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, by the Petitioner, against the respondents for violation of the Order passed by this Court on 19.11.2025 in WP No.32036 of 2025. Heard Sri P.V.Sri Ram Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner, who appeared in video conferencing and Smt. A.Jayanthi, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for Respondents. Perused the material on record. At the time of hearing, learned Government Pleader submitted the written instructions of the Sub Inspector of Police, II Town Police Station, Narasaraopet, and would submit that by the date of passing the order by this Court in WP No.32036 of 2025 on 19.11.2025, the matter is investigated and the case is referred as ‘FALSE’. Thereafter, the Investigating Officer tried to serve notice on the Petitioner, but he refused to take notice. Hence, the Police filed refer charge sheet before the Court of I Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Narasaraopet on 11.03.2026 vide CFR No.1182 of 2026. Learned Government Pleader would submit that the order of this Court is complied with by the respondents and hence, no further orders are necessary in this contempt case.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. Considering the submissions made, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
