JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 18/02/2026 The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer :- "(i) Direct the respondent No.2 approved and regularized the plot No.C-21-A measuring 200 Sq. Yards situated at Kusum Vihar Residential Scheme developed by the respondent No.3 belongs to the petitioner. (ii) Any other appropriate order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may consider just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be passed in favour of the humble petitioner." Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter at some length made a limited prayer that he may be permitted to [2026:RJ-JP:7780] (2 of 2) [CW-12618/2025] make a representation to the Competent Authority as regards his grievances raised in the present writ petition. In view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, the Court deems just and proper to allow the petitioner to make a representation to the concerned Competent Authority as regards his grievances. In case any such representation is filed, the authority shall consider and take appropriate decision strictly in accordance with law. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
