Learned counsel for the SBI submits that the said order was issued under the impression that the petitioner who has been paid the medical allowance of Rs.92,480/- was not entitled for the same. Now the revised PPO has been issued according to which the petitioner was held entitled for the said amount. Thus, no recovery would be made from pension of the petitioner. He also placed reliance on certain documents which is made part of the record. 3. In view of above, this petition is disposed off. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to file a fresh petition, in case eventuality arises.
