(2) Petitioner approached Uttarakhand Public Services Tribunal by filing Claim Petition No. 61/ NB/ DB/ 2025, which was disposed of, vide order dated 12.9.2025, by permitting the petitioner to make representation before the competent authority within 15 days, which was to be decided within one month thereafter. In this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief: “i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent authorities to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 29.09.2025 (Annexure No. 1, page no. 17-19 to the writ petition), in terms of the directions issued by the Hon’ble Uttarakhand Public Services in Claim Petition No. 61/ NB/ DB/ 2025 within a period, as stipulated by this Hon’ble Court.” (3) Learned State Counsel is right in submitting that the writ petition is misconceived as learned Tribunal had directed the competent authority to take decision on petitioner’s representation. No further direction in that regard would be needed. Thus this Court do not find any reason to entertain this writ petition. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
