Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education and Sri Raghu Babu Kalamata, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.3 to 6/AP Samagra Siksha. 2. This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.24,30,055/- to the petitioner which is due to him on account of the works executed vide Agreement No. -- /2024-25 dated
25.01.2025. 3. When the matter has been taken up for consideration today, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.3 to 6/AP Samagra Siksha has placed before the Court a copy of instructions received by him in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that the amount payable to the petitioner is Rs.23,65,843/- (towards final bill including recoveries). The same has already been sanctioned and will be released to the petitioner through CFMS immediately after allocation of funds under Budget. 4.
Having regard to the above, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the respondents to release the amounts that are due to the petitioner within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the order. 4
