For Petitioner(s): Mr.L.Mouli A.Sriram For Respondent(s): Mr.C.Jayaprakash Government Advocate ORDER This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to survey and sub-divide the subject property and thereafter, issue separate patta in the name of the petitioners based on the petitioners application dated 05.02.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2. The petitioners seek for survey and sub-division and for issuance of patta in their names with respect to the subject property. The petitioners had submitted an on-line application dated 05.02.2026, before the respondents for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered by the respondents, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioners application dated 05.02.2026 as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners application. 6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner’s application, dated 05.02.2026 seeking for survey, sub-division and issuance of separate patta in their names for the property more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioners, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
