522006. ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the registration of FIR No.147/2025 dated 13.07.2025 at Women Police Station, Guntur, as arbitrary, illegal, procedurally irregular and vitiated by extraneous political influence, and consequently Direct the 3rd Respondent to produce the entire record pertaining to FIR No. 147/2025 dated 13.07.2025 registered at Women Police Station, Guntur including the General Diary (GD) entries, the Case Diary, and any internal communications or reports that led to the registration of the FIR, to ascertain the legality and the sequence of events that prompted such a sudden registration despite prior assurances of mediation b) Direct an independent agency to conduct a time-bound inquiry into the role of Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 in exerting political influence over the police authorities and in threatening, harassing and facilitating the midnight eviction of the Petitioner from the matrimonial premises, thereby exposing her to grave risk and vulnerability through misuse of position and influence.
c) Direct that no coercive steps shall be taken against the Petitioner pursuant to the impugned FIR No.147/2025 and the same shall not be used in any manner to prejudice the Petitioners rights in any matrimonial or civil proceedings before the parties Direct the Respondents to forthwith return to the Petitioners jewelry, other valuables, important medical documents and all her other personal belongings which are being wrongfully withheld by them d) Direct the police authorities to restrain Respondent No.7 from leaving the country and issue appropriate directions to the Bureau of Immigration to place his name in the Look Out Circular, till further orders of this Honble Court, so as to ensure his participation in the matrimonial proceedings and mediation, and in taking responsibility of the financial risk he has put Petitioner in e) f) Directing that FIR No. 147/2025 dated 13.07.2025 registered at Women Police Station, Guntur be kept in abeyance pending further directions of this Honble Court g)

Grant any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience. Mr. Katta Sudhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to pursue appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law. 2.
Permission is accorded. 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out her appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law.
