The petitioner is aggrieved that he has not been given the benefit of a memorandum of February 8, 2019, which according to him entitles him to a higher pay at the rate of Rs.14,000/- per month and also alternatively extension of his service till he attains the age of 65 years. 2. Mr. Karan appearing for the respondent authorities submits that the memorandum of February 8, 2019 has been watered down and explained in a subsequent memorandum of July 15, 2019, whereby and whereunder only if the appointment of the concerned person is under any project/scheme, only then the redeployed contractual/casual/piece-rated/daily rated workers would be entitled to a higher remuneration, as entailed. 3. Mr. Mastafa appearing for the petitioner submits that the representation made on January 27, 2025 before the 2 Principal of the respondent No.3 has not yet been considered. 4. The Principal of the respondent No.3 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner of January 27, 2025 taking into consideration the memorandum of February 8, 2019 read with the memorandum of July 15, 2019 along with the issue of terminal benefits, in accordance with law within February 28, 2026. 5. With the aforestated direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 6. Since affidavits have not been called for, allegations contained in the petition are deemed to have been denied. 7.
